ABOUT ENDOPULSE™
EndoPulse™ is a modern 980 nm fibre-optic subdermal laser system designed to support skin tightening, contouring, and rejuvenation across selected areas of the face and body.
Using a fine optical fibre, EndoPulse™ delivers controlled thermal energy beneath the surface of the skin. This targeted energy is designed to stimulate collagen contraction, collagen remodelling, and connective tissue restructuring, helping to improve firmness, definition, and overall tissue quality.
Because the energy is delivered within the subdermal layer, practitioners can work with precision across areas where skin laxity, reduced definition, or small localised fat deposits may be present.
EndoPulse™ may be used to support:
- Jawline and neck tightening
- Lower-face contouring and definition
- Improvement in skin laxity and firmness
- Treatment of small, localised areas of fat where clinically appropriate
- Subdermal tissue remodelling and structural rejuvenation
- Progressive collagen stimulation and skin quality improvement
EndoPulse™ treatments are tailored to the individual client or patient, with treatment planning based on anatomy, tissue quality, treatment goals, and clinical assessment.
HOW ENDOPULSE™ WORKS
EndoPulse™ uses a fine, flexible optical fibre to deliver controlled laser energy directly into the subdermal tissue layer.
By working beneath the surface of the skin, the system allows practitioners to target areas affected by skin laxity, reduced firmness, and small localised pockets of fat with precision.
During treatment, the laser energy creates a controlled thermal response within the tissue. This is designed to:
- Contract existing collagen fibres for an immediate tightening effect
- Stimulate new collagen production to support longer-term skin firmness
- Remodel the fibroseptal network, helping to improve tissue support and contour
- Target small areas of localised fat where clinically appropriate
- Improve firmness and definition across selected facial and body areas
Why the Wavelength Matters
EndoPulse™ uses a wavelength selected for effective interaction with tissue components including water and fat.
As the energy is absorbed, it is converted into controlled heat within the target tissue. This allows the practitioner to work precisely within the treatment plane while supporting collagen remodelling and tissue tightening.
Immediate and Progressive Improvement
EndoPulse™ is designed to create both immediate and progressive effects.
Initial collagen contraction may provide an early tightening response, while the body’s natural remodelling process continues over the following weeks and months.
This can lead to gradual improvements in:
- Skin firmness
- Tissue quality
- Contour
- Definition
- Overall appearance of the treated area
Every treatment is tailored to the individual client or patient, taking into account their anatomy, tissue quality, treatment area, and desired outcome.
Precision beneath the skin. Controlled energy. Progressive results.
