A reported machine fault does not automatically create an immediate right to a refund.

Where permitted by law, Endopulse Medical Ltd must be given a reasonable opportunity to assess, troubleshoot, repair or replace the machine.

Most machine fault cases are normally expected to be assessed or resolved within approximately 7–10 days.

In some cases, assessment or repair may take up to 28 days.
