1. References
Within these Terms and Conditions:

“We”, “our”, “us”, “the Company” refer to Pulse Technology UK Ltd.

“You”, “your” refer to the client, trainee, student, or any person to whom our services are provided.
2. Training Course Booking Procedure
2.1 Pulse Technology UK reserves the right to decline or refuse admission to any of its training courses at its discretion.
2.2 While Pulse Technology UK maintains a high pass rate, if you do not achieve CPD certification, you may return for additional training at no extra cost.
2.3 Pulse Technology UK reserves the right to amend or cancel planned training courses, including changes to dates, locations, tutors or course content.
2.4 Courses may be rescheduled up to 48 hours prior to the original date.
2.5 Any changes under clause 2.3 will be communicated to you at least 48 hours in advance, and rescheduling will not exceed three (3) occasions.
2.6 Pulse Technology UK accepts no liability for loss of earnings, travel costs, accommodation costs or any additional expenses incurred by you.
2.7 All required pre-study, online theory, and examinations must be completed before attending your course.
2.8 Pulse Technology UK reserves the right to change any named tutor at any time.
2.9 Prices may vary periodically to reflect discretionary discounts, promotions or special offers.
2.10 Once you begin your course through our online learning platform, you must complete your theory and progress to practical training within twelve (12) months. Failure to do so will result in your portal being locked and training forfeited.
3. Payment
3.1 Accepted payment methods:

Debit/Credit Card (Visa Debit or Mastercard; credit cards may incur additional fees)

Cash (with valid ID and proof of address)
3.2 Full payment of the course fee is required to secure your place. A confirmation email will be issued upon receipt of payment.
3.3 Payments made toward discounted or promotional offers are strictly non-refundable as the reduced rate applies to a specific date or time.
4. Refunds, Course Cancellations and Postponements
4.1 Refunds
Once these Terms & Conditions are signed, no refunds will be available.
4.2 Discounted Courses
All courses purchased at a discounted or promotional rate are non-refundable.
4.3 Course Postponement
4.3.1 Requests to postpone a course must be made in writing at least 7 working days before the course start date.
4.3.2 Requests within 7 working days may incur additional charges.
4.3.3 Requests made less than 48 hours before the course may result in forfeiture without refund.
4.3.4 All written requests must be sent to:

4.3.5 Successful postponement requests are limited to two (2) occasions only.
4.3.6 Pulse Technology UK will endeavour to offer an alternative course date but cannot guarantee availability.
5. Course Attendance
5.1 You will receive a confirmation call at least 72 hours prior to training. If unanswered, one further attempt will be made, followed by an email.
5.2 If no response is received, Pulse Technology UK will assume you are attending as scheduled.
5.3 Any cancellation must be made at least 48 hours before your course date and must be supported by evidence (e.g., a doctor’s note). Approved cases will be eligible for one (1) rescheduled date.
5.4 Failure to provide supporting evidence or provide notice within 48 hours will result in cancellation without refund.
5.5 Failure to attend on the training day will also result in cancellation without refund.
6. Data Protection
By booking training with Pulse Technology UK, you consent to the processing of your personal data as needed to manage and deliver your training. You agree to comply with relevant privacy and data protection laws.
7. Models
Pulse Technology UK will make reasonable efforts to provide live models when appropriate. If a model cancels and your tutor determines that additional practice is required, we will endeavour to offer a return date to complete your practical training.
8. Complaints
All complaints must be submitted in writing to hello@pulsetechnology.com
Complaints will be acknowledged and processed under our internal complaints policy.
If you remain dissatisfied, you may request an appeal under our complaints procedure.
9. Conduct While on Pulse Technology UK Premises
9.1 Students who have not completed the required online pre-study, theory or examination will not be permitted to attend practical training. A quiz may be conducted to assess readiness.
9.2 Students arriving 15 minutes or more late without prior notice may be refused entry.
9.3 Appropriate attire is required. This includes clinical clothing (scrubs or tunic) and suitable footwear. Hair must be tidy and nails at a safe length.
9.4 All students must behave professionally toward staff, tutors and models.
Failure to comply may result in refusal of training, and Pulse Technology UK accepts no liability.
10. Disability and Reasonable Adjustments
Pulse Technology UK is committed to equal access. Reasonable adjustments may include:

Accessible facilities, where possible
We will discuss individual requirements to determine appropriate adjustments.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pulse Technology UK shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage.
Our total liability is strictly limited to the amount of course fees paid.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction regarding any disputes.
Cancellation Policy Summary
• Cancellations must be made no less than 48 hours prior to the course date.
• Evidence of the reason (for example a doctor’s note) is required for rescheduling.
• Approved cancellations may be rescheduled once only.
• Cancellations without evidence, with less than 48 hours’ notice, or non-attendance on the day result in full loss of course fees.
• Pulse Technology UK may cancel courses within 48 hours; alternative dates will be provided up to three (3) times.
